9 AM: Make the most of your financial power: Investment Strategies for Changing Times
-- with Corinne McNally

Interactive power sessions begin with a targeted presentation by Corinne McNally. She will highlight the financial market and today's environment overall, and then approach how we can begin preparing ourselves professionally and personally for the future. Important practical tools to consider in ever-changes times.

Corinne has worked for several global as well as mid-size corporations in a senior manager capacity
responsible for corporate finance and client services. She draws on her business background to consult businesses and nonprofit organizations on employee retirement plans and cash management. In addition to her corporate clients Corinne concentrates on assisting women and their families in various stages in life with retirement planning and financial management. She has been a member of GCWN for four years and is a speaker for Ohio Women & Money, an organization sponsored by the State Treasurer's Office, that is dedicated to educating women on investing, credit management and financial planning. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts-Great Rivers Council. Corinne earned a BS degree in English/Communications from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Global Management. Corinne is a registered Investment Advisor representative and a General Securities representative (NYSE/NASD), Series 7 in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and California. A member of a senior investment team with Morgan Stanley, Corinne shares her insight, "More now than ever before it's important to have a well-crafted plan to secure your financial future. Your money is important to you. Not only have you worked hard to earn it, it affords you the means to live the life of your choosing and it also helps you provide for loved ones. And as you grow older, your money should help you sustain the lifestyle you deserve. Your stage in life will determine what investment strategies to use. We will cover a few of these strategies and how to implement them to ensure you're on the right path toward accomplishing your objectives, mindful of your business and your life balance."

10 AM: "One in Motion" sponsored by OneinMotion.org and LifeQuest 2000
Presented in two simple segments:

1.) THE FACTS: Revealed by the initiative "One in Motion" that was crafted upon the findings of THE WOMEN'S HEALTH INSTITUTE that the "Physical, Mental and Social well-being of a world, a nation, a state, and a community" is fully dependent upon the physical, mental, social well-being of its' women!

Understanding that the 50 Billion Dollar diet and fitness industry has a 98% failure rate (as reported by PSYCHOLOGY TODAY) their ensuing research clearly illustrates that the core of a woman's total health rests in her self-regard and influence in every aspect of her life, in tandem.

2.) THE SOLUTIONS: Concepted by LifeQuest 2000 practical tools will be offered to exhibit how being 'in tune' with your own power - physically and emotionally - will bring into balance professional goals that transmute into a total life result. Though defining a 'commitment to well-being' a greater impact is realized. Impact most visible in the balance of the multi-tiers of life, with real results in her influence on her business and interpersonal life.

Lauren Rogers, President of gcwn shares: "Redefining the word WOMAN means observing the obvious contradictions that include pre-programmed demands that a woman be attractive, even when she's evolved beyond placing her self-worth in her appearance, long ago. Even when she understands that paradox. Society often asks her to want 'one thing' while she desires to be seeking another; and she's routinely, no matter her professional level of responsibility, expected to act as a passive and 'slim' presence. All the while she is really the hidden executor of the grand plan (and everyone in the room knows it!)

There are ways to sort out these various paradoxes, that all begin with a connection with yourself - your health and wellness - to bring about a more honest impact on the important people in your life. True impact and a real well-being."
